Hanna Turnau reveals scenes cut from Lalka film adaptation

Polish actress Hanna Turnau has revealed that her scenes were cut from the recent film adaptation of Bolesław Prus’s Lalka, directed by Maciej Kawalski. Turnau shared this information via social media in response to a post by actors Paulina Gałązka and Sebastian Stankiewicz, who had joked about not being cast in the production.

This news follows Turnau’s recent departure from the popular television series M jak miłość, where she played the character Sylwia Kostecka between 2022 and 2026. The actress noted that her exit from the series was not her decision, citing a lack of creative ideas for her character's storyline as the reason for her sudden departure.
