Hannaford Supermarkets reintroduces in-store farm stands

Hannaford Supermarkets has reintroduced in-store farm stands across its Northeast locations to coincide with the fall harvest season. The initiative involves partnerships with more than 125 local farms and growers to provide customers with seasonal items such as apples, corn, squash, carrots, and potatoes.

Longtime partners include Leary Farm in Saco, Maine, which has been family-operated since 1943, and Brookdale Fruit Farm in Hollis, New Hampshire. The program aims to strengthen the regional food system and support local economies by helping growers expand their reach to a broader customer base.
