Hannah Terry, physician to Queen Camilla, found dead

Hannah Terry, a 45-year-old physician who provided medical care to senior members of the British Royal Family during their stays at Sandringham, has been found dead in her home in Dersingham, Norfolk.

Preliminary forensic reports indicate the victim suffered a severe blunt force trauma to the right side of her head and signs of neck compression. Authorities have arrested her partner, 45-year-old Mark Cain, who has been formally charged with murder. He is scheduled to appear before the Norwich Magistrates' Court.
