Hannover cat Carlo reunited with owners after three weeks

A cat named Carlo has been reunited with his owners, Niclas Arsow and Sarah Czapski, in Hannover after being missing for three weeks. The search began on September 10 when the cat disappeared from the Heideviertel district.

During the disappearance, a GPS tracker indicated the cat was in Altwarmbüchen, approximately ten kilometers from his home. However, when the owners followed the signal, they found only the collar and tracking device near a school, leading to suspicions that the animal might have been taken by someone.

The search involved the police, search dog units, and community assistance via social media, including the setup of a camera-monitored feeding station. The owners were eventually notified by the police that the cat had been found.
