Hanoi approves commercial complex project at 94 Lo Duc Street

The Hanoi People's Committee has approved a land use conversion for approximately 1.96 hectares of land located at 94 Lo Duc Street, Hai Ba Trung District. The project, managed by House Business and Construction JSC, aims to develop a multi-purpose complex including offices, a hotel, a commercial center, and residential housing.

As part of the development, the authorities have reclaimed 309 square meters of land at 67 Ngo Thi Nham Street, previously managed by Dong Xuan Knitting Co., Ltd., to merge it with the Lo Duc Street site. This consolidation follows an agreement between the two companies regarding land use rights and investment costs.

The approved project includes 3,821 square meters dedicated to commercial and service functions for hotel construction, which will feature five underground basement levels.
