Hanoi authorities announce land acquisition for digital technology park

The Phu Dien Ward People's Committee, in coordination with the Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board, has announced land acquisition for the construction of a Digital Technology and Mixed-use Park in the Phu Dien and Tay Tuu wards of Hanoi.

Authorities are currently working with relevant agencies to implement compensation, support, and resettlement plans in accordance with the 2024 Land Law. However, officials noted that several landowners, property owners, and stakeholders could not be reached at their registered addresses or have not yet received official land acquisition notices.

To ensure citizens' rights, the Phu Dien Ward People's Committee urges any affected landowners who have not received notification to contact the Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board immediately to participate in the investigation, survey, and compensation process.
