Hanoi authorities tighten oversight of housing after bridge land clearance

Authorities in Hanoi's Hồng Hà Ward are tightening management of residential construction following land clearance for the Trần Hưng Đạo and Tứ Liên bridge projects. The move aims to prevent the emergence of ‘super-thin and super-distorted’ houses resulting from plots being cut down to accommodate infrastructure.

While 100% of the site has been handed over for construction, some issues remain regarding demolition and technical infrastructure relocation. Local officials are coordinating with relevant departments to inspect and control renovations, ensuring that any repairs or reconstructions comply with city regulations and that properties unable to exist independently are properly addressed.
