Hanoi bus stations launch CityLine shuttle service

Hanoi Bus Station Joint Stock Company has launched CityLine, a new passenger shuttle service designed to connect travelers between their homes and major bus stations. The service, which offers door-to-door pickup and drop-off, is currently operational at the My Dinh, Giap Bat, and Gia Lam bus stations.

Designed to improve the passenger experience, the service aims to bridge the gap between bus terminals and residential areas. Officials noted that the service has received positive feedback from travelers for its convenience, particularly for those traveling with heavy luggage or small children. To further assist commuters, bus stations have also upgraded passenger waiting areas and integrated route lookup features into the iHanoi application.
