Dong Nai Police have officially prosecuted and detained 21-year-old Nguyen Duc Anh for murder following a violent attack in Binh Minh Commune. The incident, which occurred in the early hours of September 3, resulted in the deaths of a 36-year-old woman and her two children, aged 11 and 1.

The victim's husband, aged 40, sustained serious injuries during the assault and is currently receiving treatment at Thong Nhat General Hospital. Preliminary investigations suggest the motive was personal retaliation; the suspect allegedly targeted the family after being rejected by his former girlfriend.

Witnesses reported that the suspect armed himself with a Japanese sword and a knife before the attack. After the incident, the suspect barricaded himself inside the residence for approximately 20 minutes before surrendering to authorities.
