Hanoi health authority warns against unlicensed stem‑cell and NMN cosmetic services

The Ministry of Health has not issued any permits for such services, and existing advertisements are deemed illegal. Residents are urged to verify the licensing status of clinics through the department’s online portal and to report false or unapproved advertising. The department also called on city police to investigate any individuals or businesses promoting unregistered weight‑loss injection pens.
