Hanoi health authority warns against unlicensed stem‑cell and NMN cosmetic services

The Hanoi Health Department announced that no medical or cosmetic facility in the city is authorized to use stem‑cell techniques, nor to offer NMN or NAD+ injections for beauty purposes. The Ministry of Health has not issued any permits for such services, and existing advertisements are deemed illegal. Residents are urged to verify the licensing status of clinics through the department’s online portal and to report false or unapproved advertising. The department also called on city police to investigate any individuals or businesses promoting unregistered weight‑loss injection pens.

The warning aims to protect public health by preventing the use of unapproved medical procedures and misleading cosmetic claims.
