Vietnam advances digital transformation in healthcare, logistics, and culture
Vietnam is seeing a surge in initiatives focused on digital transformation across various sectors, including healthcare, maritime logistics, and the cultural industry.
In the medical sector, the ACP 2026 conference brought together experts from institutions such as Cho Ray Hospital and Singapore National University Hospital to discuss healthcare excellence, digital transformation, and patient experience. Similarly, the Vietnam Seaport Association (VPA) held a forum to discuss green transitions and digitalizing port operations to enhance maritime competitiveness.
The cultural and creative sectors are also undergoing significant shifts. The Vietnam iContent 2026 festival was launched in Hanoi, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with VnExpress and FPT. The event aims to build a healthy digital culture and honor digital content creators through the Vietnam iContent Awards 2026.
Other cultural activities include the 16th European-Vietnamese Documentary Film Festival and various film screenings in Hanoi celebrating local history and academic traditions. Additionally, academic discussions are underway at the University of Culture in Ho Chi Minh City regarding the integration of arts education into the digital ecosystem and the impact of AI on creative industries.
