Hanoi implements peak-hour car turn restrictions

The Hanoi Department of Construction has introduced a new traffic management plan at the intersection of Le Dai Hanh and Mai Hac De streets. Under the new regulations, cars are prohibited from making left turns from Le Dai Hanh to Mai Hac De and vice versa during peak hours.

The restrictions are in effect daily during two windows: from 6:00 to 9:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30. To support this transition, authorities will adjust traffic signs, road markings, and signal lights in the surrounding area. Law enforcement will also increase monitoring of traffic violations and illegal parking to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
