Hanoi launches HanoiCheck to digitize school meal safety

The Hanoi People's Committee has officially launched HanoiCheck, a nutritional and school food safety database system. This initiative aims to digitize the management of boarding school meals to address long-standing information gaps regarding food origins, preparation, and quality.

Through the HanoiCheck system, parents will be able to monitor daily menus, trace the origins of food ingredients, and access updates regarding their children's school meals. The city aims for 100% of educational institutions within the area to implement the system by the 2026-2027 school year.
