Hanoi launches integrated assisted living residential complex

A new “assisted living” residential model has launched in Giang Vo, Hanoi, integrating high-end apartments with specialized medical infrastructure. The complex includes the Hanoi Medical University Hospital's general clinic and a rehabilitation center within a single building.

This model aims to address the challenges of an aging population by providing a middle ground between independent living and intensive hospital treatment. Residents maintain their privacy and social freedom while having immediate access to medical professionals and emergency equipment, reducing the risks associated with traffic and administrative delays during health crises.
