Hanoi Metro launches integrated transport solution with Be Group

Hanoi Metro has officially launched an integrated transport solution on its mobile application in collaboration with Be Group and Thang Long Software. The new feature, titled ‘Interconnected Booking’ (Be-Metro-Be), aims to solve the ‘first-mile and last-mile’ connectivity challenge for commuters.

Through this technological integration, passengers can input their starting point and destination to receive a combined travel plan involving both the Metro and Be’s ride-hailing services. The application allows users to plan routes, purchase train tickets, and complete payments within a single platform to optimize costs and travel time. Additionally, the system automatically integrates zero-cost Metro tickets for passengers with monthly passes or those eligible for city-mandated free travel.

Le Bang An, General Director of Hanoi Metro, stated that this initiative is a milestone in realizing an integrated mobility service model in the capital. The company intends to continue building an open digital transport ecosystem that connects various transport modes and urban services on a unified platform.
