Hanoi municipal leadership reshuffles Kim Anh commune officials

The Hanoi Party Committee Standing Committee has announced several personnel changes involving officials from Kim Anh commune. Do Xuan Huan, the former Secretary of the Kim Anh Party Committee, and Do Minh Tuan, the former Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Kim Anh People's Committee, have both stepped down from their respective Party Executive and Standing Committees for the 2025–2030 term.

Both officials have been transferred to the Hanoi Party Committee Office to serve as members of the city's thematic research department. Additionally, Nguyen Anh Quan has been appointed as the new Secretary of the Kim Anh Party Committee, while Phan Thanh Quang has been appointed Deputy Secretary and recommended for the position of Chairman of the Kim Anh People's Committee.

These administrative movements follow previous investigative reports regarding unauthorized villa and homestay developments within the protected forest areas of Soc Son in the Kim Anh region.
