Hanoi officials provide home marriage registration for elderly couple

Administrative officials in Hanoi provided home-based assistance to help an elderly couple, Sai Van Ca (92) and Do Thi Thanh (90), complete their marriage registration. Due to their advanced age and severe health issues, the couple was unable to travel to a government office.

Mr. Ca is bedridden, while Ms. Thanh requires oxygen support for breathing. In response to a family request, a task force from the Trung Gia Public Service Support Point visited their residence in An Lac village, Trung Gia commune. Officials verified personal identification documents, explained the necessary procedures to prevent errors, and facilitated the signing of the marriage certificate on-site to accommodate the couple's physical limitations.
