Hanoi Oncology Hospital Director delegates authority to Deputy Director

Bui Vinh Quang, Director of the Hanoi Oncology Hospital, has signed a decision to delegate full operational authority to Deputy Director Vu Kien during his absence from the agency.

Effective immediately from the date of signing, Vu Kien, who also serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, will be responsible for directing and handling all professional tasks and unit operations. This delegation must comply with the hospital's organizational regulations and relevant legal provisions. Mr. Kien will be held accountable for his decisions before the Party Secretary, the Hospital Director, and the law.

Prior to his appointment as Director in November 2018, Dr. Bui Vinh Quang served as the Head of the Radiation Department at K Hospital.
