Hanoi People's Court holds professional training for assessors

The Hanoi People's Court held a professional training conference for people's assessors to update them on new legal regulations and improve the quality of judicial proceedings. The training aims to provide uniform guidance for civil, administrative, and criminal cases across the city's two-level court system.

Deputy Chief Justice Dao Sy Hung noted that the training is particularly important as the people's assessors enter the 2026-2031 term, which includes many newly elected members alongside re-elected officials. The session addresses the increasing complexity and volume of criminal, civil, and administrative cases in the current judicial environment.
