Hanoi police arrest TikToker 'Son Thuy Khue' in drug ring bust

Hanoi police have dismantled a drug trafficking and organized usage ring, resulting in the arrest and detention of 22 individuals. Among those detained is Nguyen Quoc Hung, known on TikTok as 'Son Thuy Khue,' an influencer with tens of thousands of followers known for posting content depicting unconventional lifestyles.

The investigation began on September 30 following the arrest of Tran Quoc Viet for illegal drug trafficking in the Trang Tien area. Within 48 hours, authorities raided a location where they seized nearly 25g of crystal methamphetamine. During a subsequent raid on a residence in Hue Street, police caught Hung and two others organizing drug use on a rooftop.

Investigators determined that Hung and accomplice Duong Ngoc Huyen were involved in selling illegal drugs to multiple people. The group reportedly used daily rental houses and apartments as transaction sites and utilized relatives' bank accounts to receive payments. Many of the 22 suspects involved have prior criminal records. The case remains under further investigation by the Hanoi Police.
