Hanoi Police prosecute Thien Phu Trading executives for accounting fraud

Hanoi Police have initiated a criminal investigation into Thien Phu Trading and Import-Export Co., Ltd for serious accounting violations and the illegal issuance of invoices to evade taxes. The investigation has led to the prosecution of Director Khuc Thi Phuong Thuy and accountant Duong Thi Hoa, who allegedly maintained dual bookkeeping systems to hide revenue.

Several other individuals have been identified as involved, including Le Van Phu, La Thuy Kieu, Phung Thi Thanh, and Lu Thi Hoa. Lu Thi Hoa is specifically accused of assisting in collecting personal information to create 19 fraudulent invoices to legitimize accounting data and conceal revenue discrepancies.

Additionally, the investigation has uncovered signs of similar violations at Cosmetic Garden Vietnam Co., Ltd, involving the same director and accountant.
