The Hanoi City Police announced on July 6 that they are investigating a criminal case involving Trần Thị Thu Thảo (born 1993, Hong Vân, Hanoi) for fraud and property‑theft committed in 2021‑2022. According to the investigation, Thu Thảo claimed to run a real‑estate business and solicited investors, promising returns of 10‑40 % within one to two months.
