Hanoi Social Insurance announces October pension payment schedule

Hanoi Social Insurance has announced the pension and social insurance benefit payment schedule for October 2026. For beneficiaries in Hanoi, payments via personal bank accounts are scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026. Cash payments will be organized through local post offices following the bank transfers.

Vietnam Social Security has divided provinces into two groups for October payments via personal accounts. The first group, including Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho, will receive funds on Thursday, October 1. The second group, including Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Da Nang, will receive funds on Friday, October 2.

Additionally, a new mechanism has been introduced following the implementation of Decree 320/2026/ND-CP on September 28. Beneficiaries can now register for social security accounts through the VNeID application to receive pensions and other social welfare benefits directly.
