Hanoi Tax Department launches centralized taxpayer support hotline
The Hanoi Tax Department has officially launched a centralized taxpayer support hotline at the number 1900 886 889. Developed in collaboration with technology provider Viettel, the system connects 33 support points throughout the city to provide unified assistance to businesses, organizations, and individual taxpayers.
The hotline is designed to streamline tax administration by offering automated routing for various inquiries. Key support categories include tax policies and administrative procedures, guidance on using tax industry applications, policies for business households and individuals, financial obligations regarding real estate and vehicle registration, and land-related issues for organizations.
The system utilizes a four-step management process—reception, routing, resolution, and supervision—to ensure every request is tracked until completion. This initiative aims to increase transparency, accountability, and service quality by providing a single point of contact regardless of administrative boundaries within Hanoi.
