Hanoi to host third Mock Children's National Assembly

The third Mock Children's National Assembly is scheduled to take place on November 14-15 in Hanoi. The event will feature 320 child delegates who will participate in discussions and hold various leadership roles, including a Chairperson, Vice Chairpersons, and a Secretariat.

Under the theme “Building a Safe and Friendly Digital Environment - Creating Future Citizens,” the assembly will focus on three core areas: ensuring digital safety, equipping digital competencies, and leveraging the digital environment for the comprehensive development of children.

Organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in coordination with the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Social Affairs and the Office of the National Assembly, the event aims to implement the 2016 Law on Children and the National Action Program for Children 2021-2030. The sessions are designed to promote children's rights to participate in issues directly affecting them.
