Hanoi to survey citizen satisfaction with public services
The Hanoi People's Committee has announced a plan to implement a survey to measure the satisfaction of individuals and organizations regarding public services provided by city agencies starting in September 2026.
The survey will focus on three key sectors: Education and Training, Health, and Land Management. It aims to scientifically and objectively evaluate the quality of service delivery, including staff attitudes, facilities, and administrative procedures.
Results from the survey will serve as a database to help government agencies identify strengths and weaknesses, propose improvements to simplify administrative procedures, and enhance transparency. Furthermore, the satisfaction levels will be linked to the performance evaluation and commendation of officials and civil servants.
