Hanoi woman achieves pregnancy via IVF after six years of infertility

A 34-year-old woman from Hanoi, Ly Trang, has successfully conceived via IVF after a six-year struggle with secondary infertility. Medical examinations at the Hong Ngoc Yen Ninh IVF Center revealed that both fallopian tubes were completely blocked and there was uterine fluid accumulation due to a previous cesarean section scar.

Due to her age and the resulting decline in egg quality, doctors implemented a personalized ovarian stimulation protocol. The process yielded 10 eggs and 8 embryos. Despite the best embryo showing signs of mosaicism, the patient proceeded with the embryo transfer following genetic counseling regarding the safety and prognosis of the procedure.
