Hans-Heinrich Meyer zu Strohen named Reitmeister
Hans-Heinrich Meyer zu Strohen has been appointed to the honorary title of Reitmeister (Master of Riding). The distinction was presented in Verden by Martin H. Richenhagen, President of Pferdesport Deutschland, during the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses.
Meyer zu Strohen is a long-standing federal trainer for dressage youth in Germany. His career includes leading the Hoya State Riding School since 1986 and serving as a federal trainer for U18 dressage riders since 2001, as well as managing Young Riders and U25 riders. He has been credited with guiding riders to 186 medals at European Championships.
The title recognizes his significant contributions to the development of German dressage, emphasizing his expertise in classical training and his role in shaping both riders and horses.
