Hansa Rostock signs Austrian striker Peter Kiedl

FC Hansa Rostock has completed the signing of 22‑year‑old Austrian forward Peter Kiedl from SK Sturm Graz. The 1.93 m tall striker will wear the number 29 shirt and is described by sport director Amir Shapourzadeh as a "zweikampfstarker Wandstürmer" with strong aerial ability, good positioning and a high work rate. Kiedl, who has two U21 caps for Austria, previously played in Austria’s top flight and spent a season on loan at SV Ried. The club did not disclose the transfer fee or contract length. Kiedl expressed enthusiasm about joining the Ostsee club and aims to contribute to a successful season.
