Barcelona under Hansi Flick tackles transfers, youth promotions and preseason cancellations

World Cup winner Rodri is reported to be close to a move to FC Barcelona, turning down a previously expected transfer to Real Madrid. Barcelona have opened talks with Manchester City about the midfielder.
