Hanstholm Nature National Park plans enter public consultation

The Danish Nature Agency (Naturstyrelsen) has opened a public consultation regarding the project description and management plan for the Hanstholm Nature National Park. The consultation period runs from September 1 to November 3.

Hanstholm has been designated as one of ten areas in Denmark to be established as a nature national park as part of the Nature and Biodiversity Package. The current plans were developed using input from a national scientific working group, a stakeholder working group, and the Hanstholm Nature National Park board.
