Hansung University and Seongbuk-gu launch Open Citizens University

Hansung University’s Anchor Project Group and Seongbuk-gu are operating the ‘Seongbuk Open Citizens University’ for four weeks, from October 6 to 29. The program is themed ‘Revisiting Humans and Society in the AI Era: Eight Insights into Things Technology Cannot Change.’

This second phase of the program aims to expand the achievements of the first ‘Better Tomorrow Seoul’ (BTS) cohort into the local community. Notably, participants from the first cohort will serve as instructors, sharing their expertise and experiences with other citizens to create a virtuous cycle of learning and community contribution.

The curriculum covers eight diverse subjects, including education, media, history, space, law, philosophy, society, and happiness. The lecture lineup features various experts, such as Professor Hwang Young-ah of Hansung University, former Andong MBC President Ahn Taek-ho, and Dong-a History Institute Director Lee Min-won, among others.
