Hanwha Engineering and Construction to launch Hanwha Forena Jije Station

Hanwha Engineering and Construction announced it will open a model house on December 6 for the Hanwha Forena Jije Station apartment complex in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province. The development consists of 1,098 units across 12 buildings, reaching up to 27 floors. The units are offered in two sizes: 84 square meters and 116 square meters.

The complex is located near Pyeongtaek Jije Station, providing access to the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1. Future transportation improvements in the area include the Suwon KTX connection, planned extensions of the GTX-A and GTX-C lines, and the expansion of the railway network. The site is also positioned near the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus and various industrial complexes.

Subscription for the units begins with special supplies on December 9, followed by first-priority applications on December 10 and second-priority on December 11. The winners will be announced on December 18, with move-ins scheduled for late 2029. Residents will have access to community facilities including a daycare center, a kids' ground, a senior club house, and a pet park.
