Hanwha Engineering & Construction to launch Hanwha Forena Jije Station

Hanwha Engineering & Construction has announced plans to launch the Hanwha Forena Jije Station apartment complex in Segyo-dong, Pyeongtaek, South Korea, this November. The development will consist of 1,098 units across 12 buildings, with heights reaching up to 27 floors. The units will feature floor areas of 84 and 116 square meters, with the 84 square meter type accounting for approximately 86.5 percent of the total supply.

The complex is located near the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, within a 5 km radius, making it attractive to commuters. It is also positioned near Pyeongtaek Jije Station, which serves Line 1 and the SRT. Future transportation improvements in the area include the potential extension of GTX-A and GTX-C lines, as well as the Suwon-bound KTX direct connection project.

Amenities planned for the site include a central plaza, a pet park, fitness centers, and various childcare facilities. The development will also feature Hanwha’s proprietary EV Air Station ceiling-mounted electric vehicle charging system and award-winning elevator designs.
