Hapag-Lloyd Cruises unveils new 2027‑28 luxury and expedition itineraries

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises announced its lineup of premiere routes for the 2027/28 season. The German luxury cruise line will run its first winter season in the Indian Ocean and launch a unique combined itinerary that links the Great Lakes of North America with the St. Lawrence River. New voyages will take the fleet’s small luxury ships Europa and Europa 2 to the US West Coast, the Philippines (including first‑time calls such as Isla Tortuga and Puerto Jiménez), Costa Rica, and a remote South‑Sea circuit visiting Papua New Guinea and Palau. Additional routes feature a 29‑day trans‑American cruise through Chile, Peru and Costa Rica, and intensive explorations of the Philippine archipelago.

The company also promoted its 2026/27 holiday cruises, offering festive Advent, Christmas and New‑Year sailings on both its luxury vessels and expedition ships. Guests can celebrate on Caribbean islands such as St‑Barthélemy and Barbados, experience an Antarctic New‑Year, or enjoy tropical Indian‑Ocean itineraries that include Mauritius, Réunion, Madagascar, Zanzibar, Mombasa and the Seychelles. Each cruise combines upscale accommodation, culinary experiences and guided excursions, emphasizing personal freedom and unique destination access.
