Hapi Line Fukui suspends services due to heavy rain

Heavy rainfall has caused significant disruptions to Hapi Line Fukui train services on August 27. Service between Awaraonsen Station and Daishoji Station has been suspended for the entire day.

Earlier in the day, service between Fukui Station and Daishoji Station was temporarily halted, with an initial estimate for resumption set for 3:00 PM, though this was subject to weather conditions. Additionally, some trains operating between Kita-Sabae and Ootoro stations have been instructed to reduce speed due to the risk of fallen trees.
