Hapoel Jerusalem defeats Aris 84-73 in EuroCup clash

Hapoel Jerusalem maintained their undefeated record in the EuroCup, defeating Aris 84-73 in Belgrade during the sixth round of Group A. The victory moves Hapoel to a 6-0 record, securing their position at the top of the group, while Aris falls to 5-1.

Despite a competitive performance where Aris led by as many as eight points in the second quarter, several factors contributed to the loss. Aris played without Vasilis Toliopoulos due to injury, suffered a sprained ankle for Matt Morgan during the game, and faced a player shortage after Nenad Dimitrijevic was disqualified following five fouls.

Hapoel was led by Kenneth Lofton Jr., who recorded 22 points and 10 rebounds, and Shaykh Milton, who contributed 19 points. Lorenzo Brown added 11 points and Jaylin Smith scored 10. For Aris, Adam Mokoka led the scoring with 13 points, followed by E.J. Liddell with 12 points and 8 rebounds.
