Hapoel Jerusalem signs Lorenzo Brown on loan from Olimpia Milano

Hapoel Jerusalem has announced the loan signing of Spanish-American guard Lorenzo Brown from Olimpia Milano. The move is intended to last until the end of the 2026/27 competitive season.

Brown, 36, brings extensive EuroLeague experience to the Israeli club. His previous teams include Red Star Belgrade, Fenerbahçe, UNICS, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Panathinaikos, and various NBA franchises. He was also a member of the Spanish national team that won the 2022 EuroBasket, where he was named to the tournament's All-Tournament Team.

Hapoel head coach Saša Obradović praised the acquisition, stating that Brown is a player of proven quality at the highest level who brings leadership and the ability to create opportunities for himself and his teammates. The signing addresses a need for reinforcement following an injury to Jared Harper.
