HappyRobot Secures $150 Million Series C Funding, Becomes Unicorn
U.S. AI‑startup HappyRobot announced a $150 million Series C financing round that lifts its post‑money valuation to about $1.2 billion, qualifying it as a unicorn. The round was led by Prysm Capital and Eurazeo and included strategic investors such as T. Capital (the investment arm of Deutsche Telekom), Orange Ventures, Koch Disruptive Technologies, Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, Wave‑X and others.
Founded in 2022 by Spanish entrepreneurs Pablo Palafox (CEO), Javier Palafox (COO) and Luis Paarup, HappyRobot offers an AI‑agent platform that automates complex enterprise workflows across voice, email, chat, documents and core systems (ERP, CRM, TMS). The company reports more than 150 corporate customers—including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Uber, Naturgy and Repsol—handling millions of tasks per month and saving roughly 28 000 work hours for a single client each month. Autonomous resolution rates exceed 70 % with customer‑satisfaction scores of 9.4 / 10.
The new capital will fund further development of the platform, expand integrations with enterprise software, scale infrastructure for large‑scale AI‑agent deployments, and grow engineering, implementation and go‑to‑market teams across North America, Europe, Latin America and Australia.
