Hapvida and Ninna Hub receive international innovation award

The Mentors of Innovation program, a collaborative initiative between Hapvida and Ninna Hub, has been recognized as one of the top ten cases at the 5th Latin American Open Innovation Congress in São Paulo.

The program aims to bridge the gap between healthcare executives and the startup ecosystem to foster a culture of innovation and leadership. Out of more than 650 entries, the project was selected following approximately 1,800 evaluations by specialists across Latin America.

The initiative involved hundreds of executives from 18 Brazilian states. During the practical phase, 61 executives conducted 245 mentoring sessions with 40 startups, resulting in 824 structured pieces of feedback. The program successfully certified 48 leaders as mentors.
