Hapvida and Ninna Hub recognized for open innovation in Latin America

The 'Mentores da Inovação' program, a partnership between healthcare group Hapvida and Ninna Hub, has been recognized as one of the ten best open innovation cases at the 5th Latin American Congress of Open Innovation Cases. The program was selected from over 650 entries across the region.

Designed to bridge the gap between large corporations and the startup ecosystem, the initiative focused on training executives to engage with innovative businesses. The program involved 100 executives from 18 Brazilian states. During the practical phase, 48 participants were certified as mentors, conducting 245 mentoring sessions with 40 different startups and generating 824 structured feedbacks.

Daniel Vidotti, Hapvida’s VP of Technology and Innovation, stated that this international recognition reinforces the company’s positioning in the innovation sector and emphasizes the importance of strengthening an innovation culture through practical leadership training.
