Hapvida and Talent announce new executive leadership appointments
Hapvida has appointed Raquel Arruda as the new Director of Marketing and Communication. In this role, Arruda will oversee branding, content, social media, media, influencers, sponsorships, trade, and events. Her leadership aims to modernize the company's institutional communication and strengthen its national brand presence, with a specific focus on developing campaigns in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Arruda will also manage the strategic positioning of NotreDame Saúde, the group's premium brand.
In the advertising sector, Talent has named Renata D’Ávila as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Returning to Brazil after several years of international experience in London and Madrid, D’Ávila brings over 25 years of expertise to the agency. Her appointment is intended to integrate creativity, media, data, technology, and culture within the agency's strategic projects.
