Hapvida launches NotreDame Saúde premium health brand in Brazil

Hapvida, Brazil's largest private health insurer, introduced a new premium line called NotreDame Saúde. The launch, announced by CEO Luccas Adib, targets high‑income customers and starts in the State of São Paulo, with plans to roll out to other major Brazilian capitals.

The offering includes six tiered plans—Prata, Prata Max, Ouro, Ouro Max, Diamante and Diamante Max—providing members access to top hospitals such as Albert Einstein, Sírio‑Libanês, HCor, Nove de Julho, Mater Dei, Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, Santa Catarina and Beneficência Portuguesa, as well as laboratory networks like Fleury, Alta and DASA. Customers receive concierge service and a dedicated digital app for scheduling, consultations and exams. According to vice‑president Gian Lucchesi, the premium segment serves about 350,000 lives (5‑6 % of Hapvida’s base) but delivers a disproportionate share of profit.
