Harald Glööckler seeks contact with deceased dog via medium

German fashion designer Harald Glööckler has spoken publicly about seeking contact with his deceased dog, a Papillon named Billy King, through a medium.

Glööckler lost his companion of 14 years in January 2025 while he was traveling in Turkey. He expressed significant distress regarding the fact that he could not be by the dog's side at the time of death. According to Glööckler, a woman claiming to communicate with animal souls delivered a message from Billy King, stating that the dog had consciously chosen the timing of his death to avoid medical intervention and to ensure his owner would not be present during the passing.
