Harapecolab launches Jewel Ice Bar in Japan

Harapecolab (Melting Pot Harapecolab) introduced a new summer dessert, the "Jewel Ice Bar" (宝石のアイスバー), which transforms the popular "Jewel Cassata" ice‑cake into a handheld ice bar. The product features a smooth ricotta‑cheese cream base from Italian cassaata, studded with colorful gelatin candies called "Koubutsu wo Kashi" that resemble gemstones. Each 3‑bar gift box is priced at ¥3,240 and is marketed as a seasonal gift, with flavors enhanced by lemon peel, cashew, pistachio, dried cranberry and chocolate chips.

The ice bars went on sale on 31 July 2026 through Harapecolab’s official online store and its Fukuoka retail outlet (address: 1‑26‑7 Ōike, Minami‑ku, Fukuoka). Shipping began on 4 August 2026, with frozen delivery nationwide. The launch is positioned as a summer‑time treat and a convenient, gift‑ready dessert.
