Harcourts Property Specialists expands with new Western Australia offices

Harcourts Property Specialists is expanding its presence in Western Australia with the opening of two new offices in Subiaco and Hopetoun. This move increases the business's footprint to four locations across the state.

The expansion follows the company's integration into the Harcourts network in April 2025 and follows three rent roll acquisitions. To bolster its sales division, the firm has also recruited seven established salespeople.

Director and Licensee Victor Paz stated that the Subiaco location is a geographical fit for the company's existing management services in the Perth metropolitan area, while the Hopetoun office provides a local presence in regional Western Australia.
