Hard Rock Bet and DAZN Bet launch in Ontario's regulated gambling market

Hard Rock Bet entered Ontario's regulated online gambling market on July 22, marking the brand's first location outside the United States. The platform offers more than 3,000 casino games and a full sportsbook. CEO Marlon Goldstein said the launch reflects an investment in local talent and a premium experience for Ontario players.

DAZN Bet opened its Ontario sportsbook and casino on June 30, its first entry into the North American market after successes in the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain. CEO Valery Gelfman highlighted a long‑term, responsible‑play approach. With these additions, Ontario now hosts 48 operators running 82 licensed gaming sites, while Alberta's newly regulated market, opened July 13, also welcomed DAZN Bet.
