Hardik Pandya to remain with Mumbai Indians for IPL 2027

Hardik Pandya is expected to remain with the Mumbai Indians for the IPL 2027 season following the collapse of trade negotiations with several other franchises.

Reports indicate that while multiple teams, including the Chennai Super Kings, Kolkata Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, and Delhi Capitals, had engaged in preliminary discussions or monitored the situation, no agreement was reached. The speculation surrounding Pandya's future intensified following Mumbai Indians' ninth-place finish in the IPL 2026 season.

Despite the interest from rival teams, Mumbai Indians are reportedly firm on retaining their 32-year-old captain. The conclusion of these talks ends weeks of speculation regarding a potential exit for the all-rounder.
