Hardware reviews highlight ASUS RTX 5070 and Sandisk SSD performance

A series of hardware reviews highlights new consumer electronics, noting a trend of high performance paired with increased pricing.

The ASUS T1 GeForce RTX 5070 OC Edition, a collaboration with the South Korean League of Legends team T1, earned a 90% recommendation. It performs approximately 28 to 30 percent faster than the previous 4070 at 1080p and 1440p resolutions.

In storage, the Sandisk Optimus GX Pro 850P 2TB SSD is identified as a high-end Gen 4 drive designed for the PS5, utilizing the design of the WD Black SN850X. While it offers fast performance and effective cooling via its heatsink, reviewers noted a steep price premium compared to similar models.

Other notable hardware includes the Gigabyte 1000GM PG5 power supply, which offers Platinum efficiency and protective features, and the Ducky Cushion 98, a quiet mechanical keyboard.
