Hardware streaming encoders for camera feeds

Hardware streaming encoders allow camera feeds to be compressed and sent to a destination without the need for a laptop during a broadcast. These standalone devices require prior network configuration, including a destination URL and stream key, typically managed via a browser, app, or local panel.

Key hardware options include:

• Magewell Ultra Encode AIO: A flexible option supporting both HDMI and SDI inputs with RTMP, SRT, and NDI protocols. • Kiloview E3: A network-powered solution for small studios supporting HDMI and 3G-SDI. • Blackmagic Streaming Encoder 4K: Designed for 4K60 SDI camera feeds using SRT and RTMP. • Blackmagic Web Presenter 4K: An established workflow tool for 12G-SDI inputs. • UNISHEEN 1080p60 HDMI Encoder: A simple solution for single HDMI camera streams via RTMP, SRT, or RTSP.
